What we look for
Field-ready engineers.
- BE/BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics — or equivalent diploma with strong site experience
- Hands-on with at least one commissioned plant (rooftop or ground-mount)
- Comfortable reading single-line diagrams, GA drawings, and BOQ sheets
- Willing to spend time at site — we don't build energy infrastructure from a desk
